Training of heritage house teams

We offer training to heritage house teams looking after furniture collections and interiors, covering: conservation house-keeping, condition checking, correct cleaning processes, polishing and waxing. We have delivered training sessions to the National Trust, the Historic Housing Association, and other private heritage organisations

Furniture & historic woodwork surveys

We have surveyed many of the National Trust houses in the North and carried out furniture and historic woodwork surveys in private historic houses, allowing property management teams to understand the condition and stability of their collections and interiors, before then advising on treatment options

We also offer a range of restoration and conservation services

Project management & planning

We plan and carry out the movement of both simple and complex furniture, salvaging of furniture and interior woodwork after fires and floods, co-ordinating with heritage property teams to ensure minimal disruption to the surrounding property and collections
